Nicholas Drawyson A guide to the birds of East Africa

Not that many people know this author, but for anyone who likes Alexander McCall Smith, this is another charming descriptive Kenyan novel. Older romance with jealousies and kindness (Mr Malik and Rose). I loved his 'comb over'. Some interesting bird details too. (2008)
